conform planului de actiuni Moldova si Ucraina au posibilitatea sa se alinieze la declaratiile si actiunile PESC (politicii externe si de securitate comune a UE). am mai scris despre aceasta aici

am cerut de la Consiliul UE acum o saptamana informatie despre alinierea Moldovei si Ucrainei la declaratiile UE.

iata mai jos raspunsul si doua fisiere cu listele declaratiilor PESC ai UE in 2006-2007, in care sunt evidentiate statele care nu au semnat aceste declaratii.

We are sending you enclosed two documents (LIST OF CFSP DECLARATIONS
2006 and 2007), in which you can find the answers to your questions.

Please note that the countries that can take part in the
alignment-process are :
. The Acceding Countries: Bulgaria and Romania (until 2007) . The
Candidate Countries: Croatia, fYROM and Turkey . The Countries of the
Stabilisation and Association Process (SAP) and potential candidates:
Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the former Yugoslav Republic of
Macedonia (fYROM), Montenegro and Serbia . The EFTA countries: Iceland,
Liechtenstein and Norway, members of the European Economic Area .
Ukraine . The Republic of Moldova

Please mind that there can be various reasons why a country did not
allign to a certain declaration:
- a country is not aligned because it was not invited
- a country was invited but their reply was received after the expiry of
the deadline and a revision was not possible or was not requested
- a country was invited but did not wish to align
- none of the countries were invited
